Returns & Refund Policy

If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can Return it for a Full Refund or Store Credit. We believe strongly in our products and their quality and want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If You buy from you can trust us to stand by our returns policy! 

Note! ...Full refunds will not apply to customized products ...see below. 

All you have to do is "send back your item within a very reasonable 30 days of your delivery date. Items should be in the original packaging, unused and in the same condition that you received it. Send an email to with “RETURNING ITEM” in the subject header and include details of the original purchase.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a Trackable Shipping Service or Purchasing Shipping Insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Partial Refunds may apply if any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

Approved Refund Payments will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS - If you have not received a refund first check your bank account, then contact your banking company, it may take 2-4 days before your refund is officially posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at with “MISSING REFUND” in the subject header.

Choose to "Keep your Purchased Item" in exchange for a generous Store Discount Coupon. Include details of the original purchase and how we can facilitate helping by sending an email to with “STORE CREDIT” in the subject header.

Made to Order printed items cannot be returned to stock therefore are Exempt from Being Returned ...however “We will work with you to ensure you are Satisfied with Your Purchase!”
